Egg Coddler

Designed by Jois James This egg coddler can hold up to 3 eggs and give you even more satisfaction! White porcelain shiny cup and lid and white silicon rubber band. 

Step 1

Fill pot with and water and bring water to a gentle boil over medium heat.  

Step 2

Meanwhile, butter coddler. Pour in half of cream and add half of ham and chives; season with salt and pepper. Add egg, then top with remaining cream, ham, and chives. Season with salt and pepper and seal closed with rubber band.

Step 3

Place coddler in water and cook egg until whites are set but yolk is still runny, about 8 minutes. Serve with toast.
