This honey comes from the nectar of summer season wildflowers and goes straight from the hive into the jar. Raw and filtered only once, there is no heat used in the process of uncapping or extracting. Its bold and fragrant flavor features a nose of cinnamon roll with apple and a melodic taste with cotton candy coating mouthfeel and notes of brûléed orange with good acidity on the back.
