Made by Westwind Orchard

This "marmellata di pomodori affumicati" is a simple but delicious recipe given to Westwind's founder from their "Nonna Pia". It's made with the orchard's handpicked heirloom tomatoes, sugar, apples, lemon juice, pink himalayan salt, smoked kosher salt, sweet paprika, black pepper and hot chili flakes.
